Our Company’s retention policy related to Riganato Greek Grill customers placing orders via Call Center, has been designed to maintain the data, only if the customer has provided his consent to do so and as long as the person is considered an “active” Riganato Greek Grill customer.

For Riganato Greek Grill Mobile Application or Online customers, our Company’s retention policy has been designed to maintain the data, only if the customer is registered as Riganato Greek Grill Customer and as long as the person is considered an “active” Riganato Greek Grill customer.

A person is considered an “active” Riganato Greek Grill customer as long as he has placed a Riganato Greek Grill Order (from any phone number and for any address, related with his account) within the last 12 months.

Our Company’s retention policy related to Riganato Greek Grill’s Mobile application (GMALite), has been designed to maintain the data, only if the customer has provided his consent to do so and as long as the person is considered an “active” Riganato Greek Grill customer.

A person is considered an “active” Riganato Greek Grill customer as long as he has redeemed an Offer within the last 12 months.

Images of the CCTV system will be recorded and kept for a minimum of 7 days. Any footage that shows a crime will be kept as long as it is needed to undertake criminal proceedings. Any footage that shows an incident which the individual has accused the Company or has been accused by the Company, will be kept as long as needed to undertake the legal procedures.

Riganato Greek Grill also captures your image at the time you place your order within the stores. Image received at the time of placing your order is not permanently saved onto any device but contributing to Operational Effectiveness by matching the correct order to the correct person.

CCTV

CCTV is used in Riganato Greek Grill’s restaurants for the following legitimate interests:

To detect and prevent crime and disorder

To assist in the apprehension of offenders

To provide evidence in the vent of legal proceeding be or against Riganato Greek Grill

To ensure restaurants are being run in a safe manner

To ensure operational effectiveness
